How NPRWLR ships
NPRWLR products are made to order. We do not hold finished stock. Every order therefore passes through two stages, and the delivery estimates below apply to the second stage only.
- Production. Your item is printed, embroidered, or otherwise finished after you place your order.
- Transit. The delivery estimates below begin on the day your order leaves the production facility.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a separate shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Our shipping timeframe commitment
Unless a longer period is clearly stated on the product page or at checkout, we will ship your order within 30 days of receiving it.
If we are unable to ship within that period, we will notify you by email before it expires. That notice will offer you the choice to consent to the delay or to cancel your order for a full refund. We will not treat a failure to respond as consent to a delay. If you cancel, or if we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method promptly.

Delivery estimates are supplied by our carriers and are estimates, not guarantees. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Carrier networks slow down during peak periods.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order. The exact cost and all available methods are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Duties, taxes and customs
Orders shipped using Standard DDP have duties and taxes settled in advance, and nothing further is owed on delivery.
For all other international shipping methods, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in the amount you pay us, and are your responsibility as the importer of record. We cannot calculate them in advance or reimburse them. Customs inspection may also delay delivery beyond the estimates above.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email info@nprwlr.com immediately with your order number. If production has not yet begun we can usually correct it. Once an order has shipped we cannot reroute it.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, or because the parcel went unclaimed, we can arrange reshipment, but additional shipping charges will apply. Parcels that remain unclaimed for 30 days after being returned may be donated and can no longer be reshipped.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days on a domestic order, or 15 business days on an international order, contact us at info@nprwlr.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Claims for parcels lost in transit, or for items that arrive damaged, must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date — or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date where a parcel has not arrived. Please see our Refund Policy for how these claims are handled.
Where we ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. Available destinations and shipping methods are shown at checkout. Some destinations may be unavailable due to carrier or customs restrictions outside our control.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on qualifying United States orders over $100. The threshold and eligibility are applied automatically at checkout, where the exact rates available for your cart are shown before you pay.
