Track your order
Your tracking link lives in your shipping confirmation email. Here's what to expect, and when it's worth worrying.
Where your tracking link is
You get two emails from us:
- Order confirmation, right after checkout. It confirms what you bought. It does not contain tracking, because nothing has been made yet.
- Shipping confirmation, sent the moment your order leaves the facility. This is the one with your tracking number and link.
Both emails include a View your order link that shows live status any time you open it. If neither is in your inbox, check spam and promotions, then search for “NPRWLR”.
What each stage means
| Status | What's actually happening |
|---|---|
| Order placed | We have it. Production hasn't started yet. |
| In production | Your piece is being printed, embroidered, and finished. There's no tracking number yet — it doesn't exist until the parcel does. |
| Shipped | It's with the carrier and your tracking email has gone out. |
| In transit | Moving. See shipping for the delivery window on your chosen method. |
| Delivered | The carrier has marked it as handed over. |
Tracking hasn't updated
A fresh tracking number can take 24–48 hours to show movement while the parcel is scanned into the network. International parcels often go quiet for several days crossing a border and then update all at once. Neither means it's lost.
If tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days domestically or 15 business days internationally, email info@nprwlr.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
It says delivered, but it isn't here
Check with neighbours, building management, and any safe place your carrier tends to use. Carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered a day before it actually lands. If it's still missing 48 hours later, email us and we'll open a trace.

Ask a person
If the answer isn't here, email info@nprwlr.com with your order number. A real person reads it.
