Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Global Impact Enterprises, LLC, trading as NPRWLR ("NPRWLR", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.nprwlr.com (the "Site"), place an order, or otherwise interact with us. It also explains the rights you have over your information and how to exercise them.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our email list, or contact us, we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, order contents, and any message you send us. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processors and are not stored by us.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies described in section 5.
Information from third parties. We receive information from our e-commerce platform, payment processors, fulfilment and shipping partners, and advertising and analytics providers. This may include order and delivery status, fraud-prevention signals, and aggregated audience information.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, precise geolocation, health data, or information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. Please do not send us such information.
2. How we use information
- To process, produce, fulfil, ship, and deliver your orders, and to send order and shipping confirmations
- To respond to your questions, returns, and support requests
- To take payment and to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unlawful activity
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- To send marketing emails where you have asked to receive them, and to measure how those emails perform
- To measure and improve the performance of our advertising
- To comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims
Where the laws of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom apply, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you (order processing and delivery); our legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and direct marketing to existing customers); your consent (non-essential cookies and marketing to new subscribers); and compliance with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:
- E-commerce platform. Our store runs on Shopify, which processes order, account, and browsing data on our behalf.
- Payment processors. Payment providers process your card or wallet details directly in order to take payment and screen for fraud.
- Production and fulfilment partners. Our print and fulfilment partners receive the name, address, and order details necessary to produce and dispatch your order.
- Shipping carriers. Carriers receive the details needed to deliver your parcel and to provide tracking.
- Email and marketing providers. These providers send transactional and marketing email on our behalf.
- Analytics and advertising providers. These providers help us understand how the Site is used and measure advertising. In some cases, sharing information with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain US state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in section 6.
- Professional advisers and authorities. We may disclose information to our advisers, or to law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to do so or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. If our business is sold or reorganised, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of the EEA or the UK.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep your shopping bag working, remember your preferences, keep the Site secure, measure traffic, and evaluate advertising. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and through any cookie banner or preference tool presented on the Site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the Site from working.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browsers may transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for interpreting it, and we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where required by applicable law, we do treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser transmitting it.
6. Your rights and choices
Marketing email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the foot of any marketing email, or by emailing us. We will still send transactional messages relating to your orders.
US state privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed; access a copy of it; correct inaccurate information; delete it; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; obtain it in a portable format; and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We extend these rights to all US customers regardless of state of residence.
EEA and UK rights. If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
How to exercise your rights. Email info@nprwlr.com with the words "Privacy Request" in the subject line and tell us what you would like us to do. We will verify your identity, usually by confirming details associated with your orders, and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — ordinarily within 45 days, with the possibility of an extension where permitted. You may use an authorised agent where the law allows; we may ask for proof of their authority.
7. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations, which is generally at least seven years. Marketing subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe and for a short period afterwards to honour your opt-out. Website analytics data is kept for a limited period in line with our providers' retention settings.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of the Site in transit and restricted access to order data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email info@nprwlr.com and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always show when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page, and where required by law we will notify you directly.
