Shipping
Every NPRWLR piece is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be wanted — which means there are two clocks on your order, not one.
The two clocks
Production. Your piece gets printed, embroidered, and finished. This happens before anything ships.
Transit. The delivery windows below start the day your order leaves the facility — not the day you place it.
You'll get two emails: a confirmation when you order, and a second one with a tracking link the moment it ships. If you only read one, read the second.

Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and what's in your bag. You'll see the exact cost and every available method before you pay — nothing appears at the last step that wasn't there at the first.
Duties and taxes
Standard DDP means duties and taxes are settled up front, so nothing is owed on delivery. On other international methods your country may charge duties, taxes, or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. Those are set by your customs authority, not by us, and they aren't included in what you pay at checkout.
Wrong address
Spotted a typo? Email info@nprwlr.com straight away with your order number. Before production starts we can usually correct it. Once it ships, we can't reroute it.
Business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Carriers slow down around major holidays — if you're ordering for a specific date, give it room.
